MARTY SMITH PHOTOGRAPHY

There are many reasons I take photographs. I enjoy the freedom of exploring and capturing the sensitivity of a moment.

I completed a Bachelor degree in Fine Art and over the years I have experimented with technique and media, form and subject, colour and style, producing photography with a commitment to the art form. 

With each progression, the aim has always been to create an image that is more than two dimensional; something more than simply the lens view.

My photography is a direct reflection of my vision; strict reality is not really my goal. Through each image I try to recreate my feelings and experiences and to evoke emotion from the viewer.
